Hello beyoutiful people trust you are having a FANTASTIC week thus far because I sure am!

On the menu for last week Friday night was the South African Fashion Week and boy was I bursting with so much excitement because it was my very first fashion show. It has always been a dream of mine to attend a fashion show and can now tick that off my bucket list (well until my next one in either Europe or the States). I have always admired the designers, the models, the unique pieces and most of all, how fab everyone looks at the shows. A couple of weeks back I came across a post about SAFW and had to get my hands on those tickets because there wasn’t a chance I was going to miss out on an event such as this. With all excitement we arrived about 10 minutes late only because I read the time wrong on the tickets and little did we know that the show would be 30 minutes long. It was a real bummer because it meant that we were not able to sit in the seats we had booked and that we had to stand in the corner forcing our way to see the show; however we made the most of it. The show we watched was Wake, Non-European, Adam + Eve and Erre which was held at the Crowne Plaza, Johannesburg and I must say the pieces were absolutely gorgeous.

   My OOTN for the evening

I am wearing this beautiful jumpsuit I purchased from Fashion Express. I had an option between the black and the olive green but thought the olive green is perfect for this season and definitely on trend at the moment. When Nate had seen the jumpsuit he was ecstatic because it meant I would be matching his tie hehe (great minds).
