Hi Guys and Girls! Happy Easter for this past weekend, I trust that you all had a blessed Easter because I sure did. I have been off since last Thursday hence the delayed blog posts, so apologies for that.
I know what you’re probably thinking, ‘is she wearing that denim dungaree AGAIN?’ HA-HA yes I am and not ashamed to say that it’s now become part of my uniform. I did however try to mix up this look with some bold colours, referring to this beautiful wooden necklace I purchased from Mrs Rogero, as well as with this scarf I purchased a while back in Dubai. What I love the most about this look is my turban! I love the fact that I can hide a bad hair day and still look decent hehe. Gone are the days where only old people would wear a doek (as we call it here in SA). In fact the turban has become a huge fashion trend across the globe, so my advice to you would be to try it. Just remember that you may not get it right the first time or it may look strange, but by adding a bold lip or statement necklace like I did, would really do wonders to your look. To be honest I’m still learning how to tie my turban even after watching a live tutorial by Waseefa Adams (stylist and pro-makeup artist), at one of Mrs Rogero’s styling seminars. If at first you don’t succeed, keep trying!
